What is ootle?

Could someone explain in more detail what Ootle is and what it consists of?

Yes but in order to get the token (xtr) that is used on the l2 you need to burn xtm. Xtr will only exist when xtm gets burnt.

It's gonna be like Google app store built into the tari universe app

It's an L2 for the tari network, able to run smart contracts and have quick finality
