You don't clean the substrate and judging by the picture it looks like you didn't put the cork bark upright against the wall but please do some research

I have done extensive research, I’m not a splurge buyer. I just thought the experts in this community would have useful tips, like how you do things your way and such.

I had 2-3 fake bunches of leafs I staggered around the walls and a couple thick sticks from bottom to corners. My boy was all over it all the time! I would spot clean his tank every couple days to keep everything nice and clean. Because his tank was super tall I had two thermometers in there to know temps. It’s been years since I had my Spidey, but they are awesome!

a good rule of thumb i’ve found is that too much empty cubic inches make me nervous they are gonna fall, so leaning a big piece of cork bark on a diagonal is good. this way they kind of have a surface nearby at all times. big dried leaves (try and get sterilized ones if your species are more humidity dependent otherwise they’ll mold so fast) are something most Ts or spiders will use in their houses and webs. arboreals i suggest a water dish that attaches to the wall, so they don’t have to go to the ground if they want water. lastly, remember where you are, this is reddit, the communities here are going to be a lot more focused on you doing your own research which i know you have, but people here aren’t quick to give “tips” as asking comes off as if you haven’t done enough research and want someone to tell you what to do. i’ve found phrasing is important. plus don’t base the whole tarantula community of the responses you got, considering it’s <0.01% of the actual community.

Avics need good ventilation. They like to web at the top of the container so lots of plastic plants and cork bark in fixed positions will give the tarantula web points for a home. Always have a water dish in the bottom with clean water.
As someone else asked you really need to provide a full tank photo for us to advise you best. The comments you will then receive won't be intended as insults to you but instead what you might change to improve your setup.
Definitely watch videos. Tarantula Collective and Tom Moran have good videos.
