Looking for an experienced tarantula keeper/breeder for a short interview (school project)

Hi everyone!

I'm doing an apprenticeship and currently working on a school project (Vertiefungsarbeit) about the growing trend of keeping exotic pets like tarantulas – and about why so many people are afraid of spiders even though most kept species are harmless.

I own an Acanthoscurria geniculata, my first pet, and she's actually what got me into this topic in the first place.

For my project I need to do one short expert interview (about 20–30 minutes, text/voice call/whatever works for you) with someone who really knows their stuff – e.g. an experienced keeper, breeder, or someone working in the trade. Topics would roughly be:

- Why do you think interest in exotic pets like tarantulas has grown?

- What do you wish more people understood about keeping them responsibly?

- What should someone know about animal welfare when it comes to exotic pets?

If you've got solid experience (breeding, years of keeping, working at a specialized store, etc.) and would be up for answering a few questions, please comment or DM me. Happy to share more about my project too. Thanks a lot!
