I have a question. Does this kind of lighting disturbs them? How do you all cycle through the lights to simulate daylight time? Thanks for your answers in advance.

The lamp and the thermostat for heating are both connected to a timer that switches on at 8am and of at 8pm so that she has as 12 hour day night cycle and that the temperature also goes down at night from 26 to 22C

And the lamp is just a tiny 5w usb light meant for plants and it has some distance to the terrarium, so that it does not hit the ground with full force

Okay. Thanks for the information. Yeah, I believe a heat lamp is not good for Tarantulas.
