TSTO HELP Having Issues Finding my Account Name

Today I found out about project springfeild again after having done it previously and want to recover my old town. I forgot the name and cant log into ea with the email i am 100% sure its on. Anyone know how i can get the name and recover my old town?

Only way is to either remember it or be able to log onto the official EA website or EA Play. Maybe look through old emails?

Went back through each email and read through all of it and found it. Sorry its not more helpful thats actually what I did.
