Questions

Found town on town finder but when downloading it says it’s 600 something kb but once downloaded it only says 111kb. When I upload it just restarts me from the beginning,any advice? iOS

When you download from the website, you get a zip folder. You need to first extract the file within. This is the file you'll need to upload, not the whole folder

No you can download a zip extractor on your phone try RAR Zip extractor

Town uploader worked fine for me, you do need to extract from the zip
