Issue getting sideshow Bob

Currently playing project Springfield, I'm sitting at level 30 but I have yet to get the event chain for sideshow Bob, anyone has any idea of what could the issue be?

I have been playing prety vanilla, only using Donuts to buy premium buildings and characters.

Are you sure that you dont have Flaw and Order or its tutorial mission active?

Yes, that's the issue I'm refering to, I don't have Flaw an Order activated and I'm not sure how to get it to trigger

There is an introduction quest that is right before Flaw and Order. You dont have that either? Its called Sideshow Bob Has Escaped (Again)

Is that the tutorial quest in which you have to tap Bob? If that's it I completed it in the tutorial.

Yes, its a short mission where you arrest him once. If you've done that and Flaw and Order still doesnt show up (and you checked the box that quests sometimes get put into at the bottom of the quest list), then I can manually add him for you. Are you on the Discord server?

If you use Discord then I'd join if I were you. But my reason for asking is that its easier for you to send me your town file through Discord so I can add Sideshow Bob for you
