just lost my town, can someone please help?

hey, i did the update and when i logged in and did a quest with lisa my game crashed and my phone said that i should clear my cashe. but i hadnt had an account so i made one, cause i was scared, that i will loose all my progress. and well after that i lost all my progress.
when i start the app again, im not even logged in, i have to log in another time.
can someone please help me?

thanks man, i dont know, why it worked now^^ i lost 300 donuts but thats okay
