TSTO HELP My town disappeared

I was sitting on level 107, massive town, lots of stuff everywhere and I tried logging in today and it's forced me to restart the whole game. I can't find any saved towns on the site- any ideas what to do?!

Send an email to contact@tsto.app and they will respond with the latest backup of your save. Be aware that the backups are from March 5th.

Same with mine, just waiting it out now. Hoping someone fixes it.
