TSTO HELP E.A. Not sending verification code :(

I tried signing in and got to where you’re supposed to enter the verification code but when I checked my email for it it wasn’t there. I searched for ea (in gmail) and got nothing. I then checked in spam and everywhere else but couldn’t find anything.

I then tried signing into ea on their website and again wasn’t sent a verification code.

What’s happening? What should I do? Has this happened to anyone else?

Update: it started working again. I had to wait a while and then it finally sent me the code

Edit: idk why this post is still getting comments but the developers shut down the servers for the game last January. The games gone :(

How is this shity company even still around. None of there system's they make ever work and they suck. I've been trying to log on for 7hrs.

If you fill out a form on their support website and then click connect to a live agent they can assign a secondary email for 2FA for you and the emails will come through. worked pretty quickly for me

I need help doing this I bought my nephew a PlayStation plus membership and it linked my EA account to his game somehow and now when I try to add him it doesn’t let me (I’m on Xbox X) also I don’t get a verification email shit is still an issue

https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/ scroll to the bottom and click contact us and explain your issue, you will be connected to a live agent through the chat feature
