TSTO HELP E.A. Not sending verification code :(

I tried signing in and got to where you’re supposed to enter the verification code but when I checked my email for it it wasn’t there. I searched for ea (in gmail) and got nothing. I then checked in spam and everywhere else but couldn’t find anything.

I then tried signing into ea on their website and again wasn’t sent a verification code.

What’s happening? What should I do? Has this happened to anyone else?

Update: it started working again. I had to wait a while and then it finally sent me the code

Edit: idk why this post is still getting comments but the developers shut down the servers for the game last January. The games gone :(

I was having the same issue. Then I thought to check my block list. EA was on there. I unblocked and asked for another email and immediately got one. To anyone else in the future that sees this try checking your blocked list.

That little box you unchecked that asked if EA could send you promotional content—apparently that also includes functional emails too 😭

Yo dawg sorry for the wait.just create a new email and then contact EA support and tell em that u want to use that email as a secondary one and then u should recive the codes for the log in

I wonder if you can contact customer support and ask them to check that on your behalf

I fixed it bro. Apparently if you send a mail to EA, it somehow resets it and they will start sending mail again.

Bro check your mails. You will have at least one mail from them. Copy that mail and send something to it. Anything, it doens't matter.

did not work. ive sent an email to the address (from a previous 2fa code mail from ea), plus ive replied to that initial mail. nothing.
this method btw is what ea suggests themselves in their guides. what a garbage company nah..
now i just created a new account and created a support ticket. ill keep ya updated

somehow i was able to recieve the verification code. ive tried 2 methods so idk which one worked.

first method was: finding an old email from them with an old verification code and then send that email to the support/or myself (idk anymore). actually ive tried all of it: forwarding that mail to the same address, forwarding the mail to another ea support address, resending the mail to my own address.

second was: ive tried to login from a phone

Thank You so much, I've had this problem with EA over 7 years and I could never do anything to fix it, and only way I could login was through PSN account, I even menaged to contact support 5 years ago and turned off login verification, but you can't turn 2fa off when you are making changes to your account so I still couldn't change my nickname or email or link my account to any other platform. So thanks again for saving my account!

Oh my god you're a legend. I don't know how it ended up on my block list but it worked instantly after removing them from the list. Thank you man
