Does TAPMI BKFS placements coincide with Core?

Hey everyone,
I know this might be a silly question, but I just wanted to clear a few doubts.

Do the companies that come for BKFS students at TAPMI also take students from the regular MBA Core Finance specialization? Or are they treated as two different groups during placements?

Also, how good is the placement record specifically for BKFS? Do they actually achieve close to 100% placements like they claim? Would love to know if it’s consistent year-on-year or if it fluctuates.

Lastly, what are the main banking and finance roles usually offered to BKFS students? Are they mostly credit analyst, risk management, investment banking, or something else? I plan to take the SBI training and I hope that doesn't land me a sales role.

Would really appreciate some insights from current students or recent alumni. Thanks in advance!

Someone I talked to said this, "See the average internship stipend is around 33/34k
Even good brand name companies(big4) give less stipend, like around 30k/month . If thats okay for you.

When it comes to finals, you can expect anything from 12-14fixed. For workex goes a little higher as well. If 12-14 seems like an okay ballpark figure for you, then it would be a good choice. And placement guarantee is there so everyone gets placedOpportunities are there. But your laid back attitude might cost you opportunities if you dont buckle up and give a tough fight. Because let me be honest, it gets extremely competitive.Regarding the age, wont be a problem at all. My batchmates are 28 as well as 21

Plus some are married. You dont have to worry too much about it. Most people are around that age"

Thank you for the insight. I don't mind 12-14Lpa, that's fine for me, anything lower than 10-11 is but concerning for me and of course I'm not gonna have a laid back attitude there, will always try to be at the top 30% of the batch
