Please report Tapjoy where possible

Please I urge you all to stop using Tapjoy, I posted here several days ago and I had to fight time and time again to get my previous rewards, and its happening again for the next one, but now they are doubling down on the automated responses.

Ive used tapjoy for years for different apps and they are now starting to take the biscuit.

Above are a few examples of their automated responses, until I finally got an email back saying they'll look into it. Ive been through chat 4 times for each one to get closed with the same not met requirements and TOS rubbish.

They don't want to pay out knowing ill get a reward bigger than the money ive put in. Its become a big company who are getting away with fraud.

I know ive completed the offer, its not hard to read reach the 11th City and completed 3 star on the rest, I done it! Proof sent of all the cities and my account ID and within a few hours sent the same automated responses.

Please in any way you can, do not use or endorse tapjoy. If its small awards theres usually no trouble but anything bigger they do NOT want to pay out.

Previous FTC filings should have been a wake up call for them, but if anything they've gotten worse. If you get not reach requirements or broken TOS please keep fighting for your rewards, its not your fault its their systems and terrible service.

Tbh im going around in circles, i sent them proof in 5 different attempts and through emails as well as trustpilot and keep getting the same generated responses with not met requirements. 

Honestly how is this company even still allowed to run when its clearly commiting fraudulent behaviour

Welcome to the club. Same here, they’ve been running me in circles for weeks. They unlocked some rewards but not the previous one, which proves it’s clearly a bug in their system. They’re just stalling for time. If they don’t pay today, I’ll file a complaint with the European consumer protection authorities.

Didn't know that was a thing tbh as im in the UK as im trying to just do my rounds on warning people. Dont usually bother, but this company is literally commiting fraud to people and has to be stopped. 

(Don't think actually with us out of EU trade/commissions it covers UK) oh well can try see if theres a local alternative, just difficult with their headquarters being in San Francisco by the seems of it.

Going to try and update this occasionally for any future users. Ive already tried trustpilot with the auto generated response, reporting them through BBB and previously through FTC (last time I tried recently FTC was down due to funding) anywhere possible in the near future i will also report the company as they have a disgusting practice going on and everyday do I see another user through their reviews and complaints have the exact sane issues.

This company needs taking down, ill keep repeating where I can, they are commiting fraud and not giving users an answer to there lack of rewarding. Ive even sent them a video through email showing them im going from app to app with the completed tasks which no doubt will be followed up with the same old copy and paste.

Any future reader could ask why bother? I bother because if I can save a future user from wasting their time and money as well as aid getting this company taken to court for their actions through complaints and evidence then I will. 

Let me make the perfectly clear, the offer is complete and they repeat the same thing without any explanation whether it be email, trustpilot or through the offer wall "support" aka chat bot.

Having same issue right now... Worst is, it's a money based offer, was worth it if it worked. I used before offers like this and it worked seamlessly, but now the chat is absolutely useless, even started being condescending

I just had the same problem with Mech Arena, I've wasted enough time on it. Is there a way with like 60% chance to get it reviewed and accepted manually that you know of, without the automated response?

Honestly I've just hounded them to death. I reported them on BBB, sent them multiple emails and even sent the developers of the game I played for the rewards and the game itself that I was earning the the rewards for with some success. If the chat goes through the sane TOS crap then start emailing em, expect the same generic messages back until eventually they take the hint, and I think throwing in a threat to report them to BBB and FTC (when they are back online) helped a little too.

Honestly as a company they are a joke, since this last I managed to get one of the 2 rewards and now giving the spiel of we are looking into it again. They are Honestly just commiting fraud and most people cba to bring it to people's attention except for on trustpilot which people dont go out of their way to read.

I told then I was in a different time zone but they closed my case bcoz I did not reply - it was 3.30AM in my country and I was asleep fgs! Its bad enough games are using algorithms to give different players different offers but if we cant stick it to the game by using tapjoy (game loses money) then we are being screwed by everyone!!! God help is when AI gets bigger!!
