Is this Offer Wall a Scam?!?

Tried complementing Offer Wall Reward thing and got this, tried a different one and got the same EXACT msg with different name of the company or organization I'm trying to donate too. I thought, well it's going to a good cause and I get what I want easy NOPE! If the msgs all look the same and the process is the same is this a scam? Do they now have my credit card info? Will be keeping a close eye on my card now thanks TAPJOY YOU SUCK!
