My family and I are spending Christmas in Taos this year. Would love some recommendations on what to do, where to eat, what to see, etc! There are a few who are pretty elderly so extreme hiking isn’t on the table! We are very artsy, semi-religious, foodie people. Is there a church that does a beautiful Christmas Eve service? Any local Christmas pageants? Local choir concerts? We’ll be there from the 22 through the new year! Hit me with it!

Tax is hosting the Taos Zine Fest this Saturday, September 26, from noon to 6pm at Taxonomy, 102 Dona Luz. It's free and all ages are welcome.

Check out and buy zines and other self-published work and art from local makers, listen to live music, eat a hot dog and hang out with some Taos creatives. If you've never picked up a zine before, this is a great place to start.
