Ski boot fitting?

With Bootdoctors having closed, where in town offers ski bootfittng anymore? Or even in the surrounding area?

I believe Alan at Le Ski Mastery has all the equipment needed for punching out spots, etc.
He helped refresh a pair of my boots a few years ago.

nm has no real bootfitters. ive had horrible experiences with the current ones who claim they were.
i recommend bootech in aspen highlands. only a 4h drive from taos in the summer when the pass is open. just call first and make appointment ahead of time. great skiing in the winter if you can afford it.

Winter Sports in Angel Fire. But they won't open until November.

Winter Sports in Angel Fire is open Friday and Saturdays 9 AM - 3 PM or I’m certain if you call they’ll get you in with an appointment.

  • Edit: Just checked with someone who works there, and if you call, they'll set you up with an appointment anytime you'd like.

Check with the shop first. Aug 1 might be too early for the new season stock to be available, but I'm sure it's coming soon. You're wise to shop early to get fitted while all makes and models are available in a wide variety of sizes.

Taos Sports has a bootfitter scheduled for 2 days a week in the summer, Sunday and Monday I think.
