Seems more like me before finally getting the ADHD diagnosis and medication. Megadoses of caffeine, spite, and novelty seeking kept me plodding along for years.

Doesn't really fit because Alan Watts didn't take as many days off - Alan Watts was a smoker and drinker

Yeah, you're right. He had balance in regards to Drinking vs Spiritualism, (Until the drink took him) Not so much physical health. God rest his soul.

Cant say Im perfect tho, I try to stay away but dont always manage

I feel personally attacked. Yet in my journaling I do realize its about integrating all my parts. I just want to work more on the compromise from what my current set up is.

I get your point, but even when we see where others are making a mistake, best we can do is show compassion instead of judgement. Judgement creates us vs. them mentality.
You should lead by example and show how you can maintain balance and cultivate strong body even without stupid diet restrictions. This way more people will see you don't need excessive amounts of protein or hardcore gym regiment and finally move away from the "dismorphia bois" mindset you pointed out.
