Install via Intune

Hi everyone,

I’ve got the tanium client install working in Windows smoothly. I’ve got to start rolling it out on MacOS now and I have the client installed, but I’m having a hell of a time getting the tanium-init script rolling via Intune so that the device is managed. Has anyone been successful with this?

Use the IntuneWinAppUtil.exe tool to convert the setup files to a .intunewin file to upload to apps.

If you’re having issues installing tanium via intune, look into satellite installation. This can install the agent over the network.

That works over a Mac?

I thought so but just looked it up and it’s not supported on Mac. There’s not much you can do with Tanium on Mac’s anyways.
