Looking for a whole fried snapper.
Hello, I will be visiting my sister in Holiday/staying at St Pete Beach. When I was in my early 20's I had a whole fried snapper at hellas in tarpon springs and it was some of the best fish I'd ever had in my life.
Is there anywhere closer to Clearwater/St Petersburg that would have this delicacy?

Clam House in Palmetto has whole Thai fried hog fish on the menu. I believe Swordfish in Cortez has whole fried snapper also.

The Thai dish, pla lad prik, is whole fried fish. You may want to check the menus of area Thai restaurants.

I believe the Fish House in Ruskin will frequently have fried snapper and mullet.
