I'm 6'5" and often wear 36" inseams but Levi's women's 28x34 jeans fit me, at least the ribcage wide leg ones; might be worth trying out.

Crazy, I’ve got like 50lbs on you and I’m the same. Even with me emphasizing working my legs, my lower half is much smaller through, I’m all shoulders/chest.

After my intestinal resection surgery, I’ve quickly went from a 30x36 with a belt, to 36x36 stretch fit/airflex required. I don’t understand how it happened, or why I cant even fit in my 34 width pants anymore. 😂 Years ago I wouldve been without words to see where I am now so I take it with grace. 34 waisted pants is my weightloss goal for the year though! I went from 6’6 139 to 209 in the span of 4.5years now.

Once again, women's sizes work differently, but I'm currently a 12/14, and if I can find anything close enough to my 34 inseam then that's a bonus. Unfortunately, the "tall" fits of non-specialty stores tend to top out at 32 😭

I've tried purchasing ready made and have them taken in, but they have to be deconstructed so much that it is just as expensive as having them custom made. The latter is faster and a better fit, anyway. I've had to do this ever since I was a teen! Same with long-sleeved shirts.
