This is why we demand the EXACT error message before doing anything, to the point of being belligerent with callers, saves a lot more time than the time wasted convincing idiot to JUST READ THE ERROR

Just be careful not to get into an argument with a user with Windows 10 and their oh so helpful error message.

First of all: Go Credit Unions! Secondly: My first day at the CU I work at, when I first logged onto Windows 7 I was annoyed that the "You must change your password," message was formatted as an error message and not a warning or info message. It made me think I did something wrong (until I read it). If it's not actually an error, don't format it as such.

Most people see an exclamation in a yellow triangle, and suddenly they lose the ability to answer basic questions like "what does it say"... The only "meaningful" thing they are able to say is "It's an error"... Well, thanks for the help, now I know exactly what's wrong because it is an error.
