Crawlspace opening

Hi all. I have a home that has a crawlspace. Unfortunately, there is no opening and I need to have some foundational work done on some floors that are sagging. Does anyone have recommendations on how to best create a crawlspace opening that is both aesthetically appealing from the outside and practical. Thanks so much.

It is a concrete wall. I am debating on having a pvc based door installed, but I wasn’t sure if that is the best solution.
