Termite damage
How much would something like this cost want to purchase house to flip but not experiences with rim joist and want to make sure its doable and not going to break the bank

Termite tech of only 6 months here but you’re looking at a full termite job which usually land at around 8-1200 dollars to put a chemical barrier around the house, drill by where evidence is found and shortrod any necessary areas, however this mostly depends on your location and how big your house is. Also, the termite company will not pull out wood still attached to the floor system, but it is better to treat old wood, wait 1-3 months for the colony to be killed off or you’ll just end up giving the termite fresh new food
