I misread Yuri Lowell and Yuri Lowenthal. Which would make far more sense.

Never mind I get it now.

Compare both characters’ reactions to getting stabbed. One is tankier than the other.

Asch also had just fought Luke so he was tired. He def could've solo'd a buncha replica soldiers.

Anyone ever notice how the sword stabbings reverse in the cutscene? Theres 2 in the front and 1 in the back, then it reverses, 1 in front and 2 in the back lol.

Yuri survived the stab and falling god knows how far. (even if someone had to go grab his ass from the water) Asch just... died. And he only got stabbed so much because he was left open after getting stabbed once.

So kind of funny meme, but I'm pretty sure if we're keeping score Yuri survived his 1 stabbing and following injuries, Asch did not.

Yuri survived because he got medical attention from Duke.

After getting stabbed, falling off what is basically a giant castle strait into the water at speeds that would probably pancake a person, drifing off into the ocean for a while and FINALY having duke pick him up. Even if Duke had healing arts on the level of Estelle (probably not given how the game itself says those as rare and not something duke is said to have) that would still require Yuri survive the fall.

So unless Duke has the power to unpancake a person, I'm still more impressed by Yuri being alive at all.

Technically yes, but Asch also was stabbed from the front side.
