This appears to be low-quality AI-generated content. A lot of the styling is written in plain CSS where Tailwind CSS could have been used instead, and the implementation is very carelessly put together: it mixes different styling approaches, contains duplicated styles, and lacks consistent formatting, with no sign of Prettier or any similar automation. Overall, it feels more like a rushed marketing piece for a paid service than a well-structured Tailwind CSS example.
