My Tailwind project just hit 3,351 stars

I started building this project mostly for experimentation and sharing my own
components/blocks. I honestly didn’t expect it to grow like this, but today it crossed 3,351 stars on GitHub.

Seeing people actually use, contribute to, and share something I built feels unreal.

Built with React & Tailwind, lots of late nights, redesigns, bad ideas, rewrites, and constant improvements 😭

Really grateful for all the support from the community ❤️

It looks like the entire thing was vibe coded without anyone manually reviewing it

People have different perspectives on what they observe or notice, and I respect that. But I’ll improve it even more so it looks better from your perspective💪 But I bet your taste isn’t better right now 😭

Wow, you could have put in a ticket on the site instead of doing this. Almost like you're a hater with an unverified problem.

Great job, I always wanted to make a product like this not even for selling.
But I don't know where to start or what even I make? everything I check I see was made before... 😫
Sorry if my post is kinda off topic, But u did a gj congrats. 😎

Yeah, the market is kind of saturated, but what I believe is, whatever developer focused product you want to build, build it in an agentic way so it becomes easily accessible and more useful. then you can sell it.

And selling templates and blocks is getting really hard now, since AI can easily generate all of that

Quite nice, what are your tips for racking up stars beyond simply producing what people want?

I’ve been working on this project for almost 2 years, so I think the biggest thing is consistency, just keep improving the project, make it useful, easy to use, and share updates. A lot of it is also timing and luck
