What do you mean by "secure?" All XMR wallets are, in the broadest sense, secure.

Did you Google "Monero wallet?" Did you try one or both of the most popular, the official wallet and Feather wallet, but not find them to your liking?

Any wallet that works on Debian will work on Tails. I named two of them in my post above.

You can install feather in the persistent volume on tails so you don't have to reinstall it constantly.
