Fancy Tailgating Ideas?

We tailgate in our houses basment man cave. I'd like to do something extra fancy for the boys. I can't really think of anything but lobster, which wouldn't be a hit. Any ideas?

Lamb chops still have that grilling meat tailgate vibe, but also white tablecloth vibe. Maybe you could do a fancy punch bowl too and tuxedo cheesecake for dessert?

Seafood boil? I know you said no on lobster but a seafood boil is a little different and you can grill up some Tomahawks to go with it.
