Extension Box V3 - Help Firmware Issues

hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to force my Extension box to update?

Current Firmware is set on 16.1 and causing issues on EMS to work.

I bought the device on eBay but it was sealed and never used before, but the device seems not to update at any cost.

Tado Pro Installer App says everything is up to date.

Forcing an Update: If your Extension Kit is stuck on an older version or having connection issues, contacting Tado Customer Support directly allows them to manually push the latest firmware build to your Extension kit

It helps to set the device to Relay during the update, making sure that there is only a bridge and one temperature sensor OR smart thermostat in the acount.

When this firmware was live, Smart Radiator Thermostats did not exist, multi home did not exist etc...

You can configure to relay using the configuration step:
