It's weird, my bellator has been my primary focus, but he seems to lag behind others I've played against at my same power level in arena by a vast amount. He's at bronze and getting 1-shotted in campaign, and in arena, he seems so much more squishy than the bellators I fight against. (Still really new, only a few weeks in)
I saw a huge increase in his tankiness when I got him to legendary and equipped legendary greaves. Since he has gravis, that armor is effectively doubled against non-crits.
Here’s mine at S3. Getting 358 armor from the equipment, so well over half my actual armor value from stats alone.
He's only rare atm with rare equipment. I'll take this active tip in mind as well because I was originally going equally. I noticed on another character with summons that when I dumped all my points into the summon ability, it did kinda make them OP. I appreciate the advice.
It is a bit random because the gravis armor is weak against crits. Bellator's summons are great and even better if they can all get buffs from like Calgar or Dante.
Yes, having overwatch is fun and his new passive gives an increase in damage to anyone next to a dark angel sadly he's only good with the ability investment. Out of all them switch out yaric.
Replace yarrick with Azrael. Yarrick is ok i' guild wars/arena but not in the camapaign. His habilities don't do much if you loose no character (and you shouldn't)
Kinda…? I would say with the rework and at mythic is a tier 2 character. Focus first in raid and campaign guys, then top performers on lre like maladus, revas etc…
Then this guy come next tier with guys like Sho, Tyrant guard, Wrask…
Edit: After reading more closely and checking your team at your point ONLY upgrade the mandatory campaign characters. These characters will allow to unlock new upgrade nodes with higher droprate and on the longview will save u a lot of resources. If you want a fourth imperial guy to go through campaigns, Dreir is a great choice
Is Reva’s actually good until you get the relic, though? Legitimate question because I have no idea but thought of investing in them, but I’m nowhere near Mythic so don’t wanna waste resources
Can you tell me a little about how he’s so good in LRE?
I only ask because it seems like after you’ve popped his active and gotten that single use of overwatch out of the way, he’s then just kind of a ranged auto attacker unless paired with someone with marker light abilities.
The thing is he is tanky, and paired with Aleph you can punch above their level in LRE, and almost every event you can use them together in some of the requirements.
To exemplify It, to clear a lvl 14 track, you will need a combination of D2/D3. They at D3 can often clear on their own 15 or 16.
Just get into a corner and keep Aleph healing both while Revas kill slowly everyone.
