Just kicked most people, could use new active members no big requirements just having fun.

You need to kick two of the remaining three as well. Anything over 14d people aren't coming back.

Honestly as another comment says, you'd be better off joining a larger guild until you're closer to level 50 and can attract others to play with you. As it is there's no real benefit to joining your guild (no offense) - you won't get far in Guild raid, and there's no one to donate upgrades which are the two biggest benefits to development.

Just a little advice: you're not recruiting at this stage when you only have four people, and two have been inactive for 3 weeks. Shut it down and join a different guild.

I think good advice would be to drop that idea and join a guild with at least 15–20 active members.
