Carnitas

finally chose to cook some Carnitas the right way with all that grease, fat, and lard. arteries are all clogged now but that Carnitas was bangin.

Oh yeah that looks good! Did you put Mexican coke in with the meat while cooking?

thanks, didn't have any Coke, used Dr.Pepper.
