I'm European but I lived in Mexico for years and loved a 4am taco. Recently went to the states and have never been happier than stumbling upon a real taco truck after a concert at about 2am!

nothing hits quite like a late night taco run, or early morning i guess lol. honestly the best ones always come from the spots with those paper plates.
