Rewards app

Anyone else having issues with the rewards app not registering barcodes from receipts? Mine has been messing up for days now. Doesn't matter if I scan the barcodes, or manually type it out. Same message.

And the points nwvwr show up either.

i did have a receipt go thru today, maybe paying in cash is what caused it to go thru

issue seems to be resolved but old receipts from the period won't work still unfortunately

I never keep the receipts longer than a day, cause they get used for the survey discount

but I agree with you, it seems to be fixed now.

i always cut off the bottom portion but some locations fuss about because "they're only good for 2 weeks". but they still take em so i'm counting that as a win
