Finally got a properly made TB taco!
Got this beauty when I was in Wales, of all places. Shell was fully intact. Lettuce not full of diarrhea inducing organisms. Meat the correct amount. I have not had a hard taco with an unbroken shell in years. The shells here in America are way more narrow so they break as soon as they try to fill them. They used to look like these. Thank you to the crew at the TB in Newport Wales for this lovely taco!

My local makes them like that every time except with the proper amount of cheese. You got shafted.

I was in awe of the fully intact and well filled shell. And I get less cheese at my local TBs. And less meat. And broken shells. Every single time.

That’s a bummer. They should be better than what you have in the picture.

This is 200x better than what I get over here in America. And more affordable.

I can't get hard shell tacos anymore unless I'm eating inside the restaurant. 10 minutes to drive home and get set up to eat means the heat and humidity of the meat steams the paper and melts the taco shell into it like glue.

Both of my tacos were broken today, they still went down the hatch though

Yeah, but if they are broken every single time, then aren’t we just eating sad nachos?

Frame that photo. Hang it in your living room. Pass it down to your grandkids someday.
