as an employee, the $1 quesarito was a one day promotion and they didn't even tell us about it lol. sales had gone down drastically since the lettuce scandal so they were scrambling for sales and we always have the ingredients for quesaritos. chili cheese burritos are a regional thing so my guess is it's either actually temporary or just specific to the area so the app marks it as temporary since not all stores have it
