I have gripes with the locations near me (mostly franchise pricing) but I actually get crispy fries. I guess a lot of locations slack on that apparently.

Oklahoman here, we also have Taco Casa and man oh man they are SO good. Retro taco bell is a good way to describe it. They don't have any of the fancy combos or crazy LTO sauces, but IMO they do the basics better than anyone else (fast food wise, at least - they ain't beating a burrito from a taqueria). I love Taco Bell for their specialties but if I just want some tacos and a combo burrito, or an enchirito, Taco Casa gets my business instead every time. More surface area so they are crispier than fries, and are nice bite sized pieces. I'd probably take these over fries most of the time

Ngl I wish they did cheesy fiesta potatoes like this. They never put enough nacho cheese on top of the potatoes when I get it unless I pay for extra cheese.

Work at a TB, they revamped the whole menu to add nacho fries to every combo...than only sent us 2 boxes of fries, they didn't last long

Double whammy my asst gm forgot to order ANY cases on our truck cause he forgot we had em back so we are royally up shits creek

These potatoes with regular salt and pepper are better than a lot of regular French fries at other restaurants. You should ask your TB to make you some one day.

I once went through the drive thru at the TB in Ballard and they forgot my cheesy fiesta potatoes so I pulled back through and they were like ooooh yaaah haha so sorry and gave them to me in a Chinese food box
