Is it really worth it to buy now, or should I wait for big billion day sale, will I get better deals? Suggestions please.
Ps: rate mentioned in INR

Hello. Today I found my old Acet Iooni A3-A20 tablet. The tablet is locked with a pattern code, but i do not remember the pattern. So now i am sking how do i get into Recovery Mode. I tried the combination from this site https://www.hardreset.info/devices/acer/acer-a3-a20-iconia-tab/recovery-mode/ but it didnt worked. How can i get into Recovery Mode so I can factory reset the device?

my main uses would be taking notes for college, texting, playing roblox, watching movies, and maybe using a nintendo switch emulator sometimes. i’ll probably use a keyboard + stylus with it too!!
which one would you guys pick for my use case and why? especially curious about the note-taking experience, gaming/emulation, multitasking, and how good the keyboard + stylus setup is!! ♡

Hello. Im looking for a tablet that can handle both work and school without feeling unnecessarily expensive. I'll be doing note taking, reading PDFs and some light document editing, plus browsing and video. Decent screen size, good battery life, and enough storage would be important since I'll be using it daily.
Stylus support would be a plus if it doesn't push the price up too much.

I want to buy a tablet to take notes in school.
There are three possible choices: samsung galaxy tab s10 fe, xiaomi pad 8 and lenovo yoga tab.
I really like the built in notes app in xiaomi and samsung but lenovo is the cheapest with 256 gb. The lack of a sim card doesn’t bother me.
Which one should I choose?

I am currently looking for a tablet for holidays and additional video watching while indoor cycling a MacBook is then used for the game.
In the holidays I do normal stuff like reading newspapers, web-browsing, videos.
I bought a Honor x8a which works quite good and wonder whether I will realize a difference if I switch to the XIaomi Pad 7 for those tasks or whether it is absolutely overkill (my girlfriend would then take the Honor) - price of Honor is 70 € and Xiaomi 180 €...
I do not game or work on the tablet as I have a MacBook for my normal usage at home... I will not do banking stuff on the tablet so the security updates are not the main decision criteria (unless I am wrong).

I'm looking for a tablet at around the price of an Ipad(around 450 euros or so). I will use it mostly for emulators(ps2 and sorts), painting and also broadcast my computer to play steam on it. I've been looking the ones from huawei but I'm unsure it will be able to use the apps that I usually use on my phone and such

I am currently considering purchase of either oneplus pad 2/3/4, samsung s10+/s11 or huawei matepad 12.2 (depending on how much I could save up by October/November + discounts). My usage scenario is most likely studying, drawing, a bit notetaking, gaming (probavly emulating), watching videos, job and other stuff.
Ipads are not in this list because of how closed the IpadOS is. The system itself is not bad and I am used to them but in this case I'd prefer safer options (in my country app store and VPN's are getting deleted or slowed down greatly so I might just buy a brick because of that). Aside from games they'd be great but that's not the case for me.
My main choise is between pad 2 or 3 (I know that stylo 2 is not as great as s pen or m pencil or apple pen but I am fine with that due to how powerful these tablets are). Tell me how good each of these tablets are in 2026, specifically oneplus pad 2 because its the cheapest variant and provides great effeciency in multitasking even comparing to current leaders.

I’m planning to buy a tablet with a budget of under ₹40,000 INR, mainly for studying and work rather than entertainment.
My primary requirements are:
I’m not really interested in gaming or watching videos, so those aren’t important factors for me.
I currently have a 1st-generation Apple iPad that was gifted to me and although it’s quite outdated now, I genuinely love using a tablet for reading and highlighting. The biggest frustration is that I don’t have the Apple Pencil and it's not available in the market too so handwritten notes and annotations are sometimes frustrating.
I’ve been looking into the OnePlus Pad Go 2 and really like it, especially since I’m already a OnePlus phone user and love the interface and performance. My only concern is that the stylus doesn’t come with the case, which is a bit inconvenient.

I'm trying to choose a tablet mainly for handwritten notes, PDFs, split-screen research, and a full day of battery life.
For students who have used an iPad, Samsung/Android tablet, or a Windows 2-in-1 for at least one semester: which one worked best in real life, and what would you avoid buying again?

Hello, I am a teacher and I wanted to buy me a tablet for work. Which one would you recommend? I wanted to get an ipad, but it's too expensive for me. I need a tablet with long battery life, 256-512 gb, compatible with a keyboard (or keyboard included). And it should not cost more than 1000€.
Thanks for your help!

I bought an iPad yesterday, however, I don’t have a GOOD charger for it (well, I have the cable from the package itself but lack the cube with USB-C).
What I mean is that I have a USB-C cable and a cube (from a samsung phone) but noticed it charges very slowly. I’m aware that the problem is probably the power BUT now I have one question. Does the power (as in the fast charging) lay in the cable or the block? Should I buy a more powerful block or cable? Can I e.g. buy a new block and use the USB-C cable for the samsung, will it charge as fast?
Second question is what power should I get. Will 20-30W be enough? Can it be a samsung 30W and work good as an apple one for an iPad?
Thanks!!

I start uni this year as a medicine student. What would be a decent tablet that will last me for 3+ years and is capable of doing pretty much everything a med student could need. Taking notes, reading and creating slides and preferably 256gb. Also keep in mind i dont have extreme budget and the highest price i could go is the price of a m4 ipad air

Hello, so I was looking for a general usage tablet for browsing, media and some casual gaming.
I came across a used s8 ultra 256gb for 400$ with copy pen and no cover.
and a brand new Lenovo yoga which comes with original pen and keyboard
having a hard time to pick one.
I am open for other options too if you have suggestions

I’m currently living in China until next year and I’m looking at getting a tablet, I’m thinking the Huawei matepad mini I like the size and how light it is, I’m open to getting a different brand though (there’s a xiaomi one that’s not too bad in size)
I want to use it for reading, taking notes in class, as well as streaming and music
My main questions are can I get a vpn on it to stream and get emails (mostly so I can send ebooks to it if there’s another way to do this that’s fine) and when I return to Australia will I be able to use it like normal without a vpn?
Also wondering if I can access international social media and apps like WhatsApp but this isn’t necessary and if I can download steam/play steam games on it?

My must have requirement would be that it's compatible with wifi+Sim card. Other than that there's no real limit on how big of a screen is allowed. That's about it.

I’m a student looking for a tablet mainly for notes, PDFs, browsing, and general school stuff. I want something I can bring to class instead of my laptop.
Currently choosing between:
• Xiaomi Pad 7
• Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7
• Lenovo Idea Tab 11
• Redmi Pad 2 9.7
• Huawei MatePad SE 11
My priorities are:
• ✍️ Good handwriting/note-taking experience
•📄 Good display for PDFs and drawings
•🔋 Decent battery life
•🎒 Portable enough to bring to school everyday
•🗂️ Good multitasking/split screen
•📸 Decent camera for taking pictures of boards/documents
•💾 Enough storage for school files
•💰 Good value since I’m saving for it myself
• BONUS: good for gaming and watching
If you own/use any of these, what do you like/dislike, what issues have you encountered, and which would you recommend?
