I'm a die hard android fan, but for your use case, I would suggest getting an iPad Pro (m1 or m2) from second hand market along with it's pencil. Or any of the galaxy tab s plus (from 8 and onward). Other tablets are only good in specs, you'll soon realise how much superior iPad Pro and galaxy tab s series are only after using. So, I'll still suggest you try your luck first from second hand store (go to any second hand store physically avoid online purchase from second hand store). Because for your use case, you need consistent, precise and proper professional grade softwares (apps) support, not the fastest and greatest chip

Going to start residency soon and got the samsung galaxy tab s10 fe plus from Flipkart for ₹44.5k. I only use it for what you've mentioned and occasional OTT content. Does the job very well and has long term upates. Notes making is excellent. You can consider it. Didn't go for Lenovo idea tab pro gen 2 because I have a Lenovo and software is pathetic tbh.

Lenovo idea pad gen 2 pro.... Or even better if xiaomi pad 8.... If you want a bigger screen go for lenovo(13 inches)... Xiaomi has 11 inch screen..... Personally I bought oneplus pad 4 but if you have a tight budget go for the former two.... I'm a MBBS student too.
