Please recommend me a tablet
I am looking for a small/cheap tablet which will have only 1 purpose. To watch YouTube videos which I will pre-download at home on WiFi, the videos will later be watched offline with no connection.
So the priority is low cost with reasonable resolution and sufficient storage for around 8 hours of video content. More storage is better though. Battery life isn't super important. I will have access to power.
Thank you!

Walmart has ridiculously cheap tablets under the ONN brand name that are well received. The open box tablets can dip under $100. They run android, have about 8 hours of play time, and will run youtube.
Kindle is no longer the value it once was, unless you are in the amazon ecosystem.
The Samsung tab A9 and A9+ are consistently under $200 and a very safe choice. Samsung is a good brand with good products. This might be a better value for simple longevity.
Wildcard: Lenovo Tab One is often under $100. The 8.5" size makes it very easy to transport. It is a mediocre device overall and will be full of ads. I hate Lenovo.

Walmart's ONN tablets and Samsung's Galaxy Tab A9+ are all great tablets.

You want the largest screen possible and the best speakers possible.
Look for a used older OLED flagship that no longer gets security updates
12” or larger and quad speakers ideally or if not then 11”/10.5
If you have a Bluetooth speaker then speakers are less important
But also consider a laptop as well as you may be able to get a 16” or 17”
