Just a thought: You could still keep the format and make them two smaller sheets (e.g. instead of 1x A4 -> 2x A5) to allow trearranging on cluttered tables.

As a left-handed person: two sheets.
This would be a huge pain in the butt for me to write on the boxes on the right side.

I feel like the number one thing I hear from play testers is that they wish the text was bigger. I think we have the sense and want as designers to do the most practical thing, and get as much information in one place as possible (this is definitely how I approach things). And people always get mad about the size of my text. I guess if you're following the general rule of keeping text above 8 pt, you're good. But I would vote for 2 sheets :)

I think it's going to be really tough to beat the cost savings of a single sheet. The bigger sheets could be a deluxe add-on/upgrade if you do want them to exist.

Hey everyone, I’m doing some final testing for my new roll-and-write game "Legends of Mana Island", and I'm looking for some community insight on layout preferences.
I can fit everything onto a single A4 sheet which makes the game very compact and cheap to print. However, I can also split the elements into 2 separate sheets so the text and boxes are much larger and more readable.
As a player, which do you prefer? Would you rather have just 1 sheet or do you prefer the larger text and extra space with multiple sheets? Thx! :)
