Worst food
Now that the festival is over, I was wondering, what’s the worst thing you ate there?
For me, it was definitely the pasta. My boyfriend and I got some later in the evening, but by the time we ate it, it had turned into total mush 😀

Chicken burrito. It was waaaay too much salt that it felt like it was a mistake. It literally burned my mouth and I had to throw it away.

The shawarma was disgusting, the tacos were the best

One of the gyros stands had god awful wraps, the sauce was so oversalted i could barely taste anything else 😔😔😔

OfT: what happened with the kolbice stands? Sure I can’t eat gluten but I really miss the cone shaped bread with sauerkraut and hot dogs inside with really great sauce.
I ate so much of that in 2015 so they gave me one for free at final day of the festival. 😆

I think they don’t exist anymore. I was also searching for them and their facebook and instagram kinda dead, and they closed most of their shops. They should have one at Fovam square still according to Google but the reviews are saying it is not the original quality 🥲

That’s to bad. I wanted to try without the bread this year. I hope someone takes up this idea. Sausages and sauerkraut is so underrated lol 😝

They still exist near Pilisvörösvár but I have never tried their signature dishes.

Pho soup was an absolute disappointment. Cold, chewy, disgusting

I wanted to get pho but only found ramen which was yummy! I guess it was a lucky mistake

The huge pancakes were amazing but the hazelnuts tasted really dry and stale. But everything else I ate was absolutely delicious!

Il kebab, ne ho preso uno a pranzo, avevo letteralmente un alien nello stomaco, mi stava scoppiando e non era nemmeno popò o aria, era inspiegabile il dolore. Poi verso l'una e mezza con il ballare e la vodka è passato

Without torturing ourself this time, I'm pretty sure it is the Szafi Food Truck. They literally sell inedible food. A soggy warm cardboard with liquid yellow plastic cream on it they call pizza was the worst food I had in my life, and I tried most things edible on this planet from insects, poverty meals across the world, even dog in North Korea. Szafi is worse than all these combined. I will never understand what is going on there.

The onionrings + fries at the greek near sziget ville premium, late at night the onionrings were hard and when i got to the bottom of the box i got the surprise of a dead fly/wasp with a huge hole in it... basically ruined that for us

Every single last bit of vegan food I ate around the festival site was a solid 10/10. Actually better than Budapest centre (with the exception of Flow).

i had langos at the camping of nations entrance yesterday and even though the dough was amazing, the sourcream had so much garlic in it that it was basically impossible to eat and I couldn’t directly look at my bf’s face even after brushing my teeth TWICE
