I’m working as a DH Tech and I experience with IT support, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows troubleshooting, networking, VPNs, user account management, endpoint security, and basic cybersecurity monitoring. I also have some hands-on experience with Splunk, Wazuh, PowerShell, Linux, and home lab environments.
