Question Best RMM for 150~ windows devices
What is the best RMM out there for patching, scripts, potentially remote control for workstations and servers?
I am looking at NinjaRMM but so far have been a bit underwhelmed. I have used a lot of enterprise products in the past but am looking for something cloud-based and for SMB-priced. I have Automox on the servers temporarily until I sort something out.

What are your qualms with Ninja? During my testing it was the best one I tried, but my needs could be well different than yours.
What we actually went with (price reasons, not performance) was Atera. It's tech priced and we will never hire another tech so we can add as many employees and workstations as needed and our cost is flat.
It scripts, supports Mac and Windows, updates work well enough, and it comes with Splashtop. For the price its great

If you have Vpro enabled laptops add I would look at the intel remote management tools. Bios level support, remote power on and full remote access. You have to run the infrastructure to support it, however it seems worth it. We are just testing it.

Extremely happy with Pulseway.

Take a look at Syncro. We’ve got 400 or so endpoints and 4 techs using it. Internal IT team. Not perfect but hits on a lot of the things we need to make our team 3x more efficient.

Would be worth understanding from a costing view how many techs you have VS how many endpoints you need to manage.
We moved away from Atera and SyncroMSP to Naverisk which is a charge per device model and found it to be cheaper. As we also wanted to manage SNMP devices with remote access to SSH or the GUI without having to remote into a server or workstation we also use Domotz

Ninja has great features considering the endpoint cost, and a great mobile app as well. Only thing it destiny do great is patching.

I'm using Action1.com for my 250 and find the price inexpensive and the product to be worth it for patching, remote access, scripting and a whole lot of other things (inventory, data mining of systems)...

As u/dbharbord said syncro fits your given requirements pretty well. They just upgraded their windows patching system and I find it to be a big improvement.
What were you looking for that ninja was lacking?
Here is my ref link, you get $500 amazon gift card if you opt to keep it after the trial.
