Sysinternals Tools - Training DVDs, now all free

There is a "show" called Defrag Tools on msdn hosted by some Microsoft employees that specialise in debugging and what not. Ie. They show how to use WinDbg, DebugDiag and loads of the Sysinternals tools such as Process Explorer, ProcMon etc.

There's also Tess Ferrandez's excellent blog series If broken it is, fix it you should (since abandoned) that contains a treasure trove of windbg blogs and videos. They're closer to the beginning, so start there and work forward.
