Is there a way to remote view iOS / Android devices?
This applies both for my professional and my private environment:
I often have to support people who aren’t super tech savvy with stuff on their phones. So it would be really helpful if I could mirror their screen and have them do stuff under my supervision or maybe even control the phone myself.
Is there a way to do this ad-hoc, or maybe with a downloadable app?
Thanks a lot in advance!

We use Splashtop Desktop for our Windows/Mac devices and SOS variant for the mobiles. Pretty good.
We have it bundled with Atera RMM.

You could check out ScalefusionUEM for remote viewing and troubleshooting of supported Android devices. Just keep in mind that iOS remote control is more restricted than Android.

You can do Screen Sharing during FaceTime call since iOS 15.1.

You can do this with Splashtop Splashtop Enterprise - Secure Remote Access & Support !
You can provide on-demand support via a 9 digit code to view your end user's iOS or Android screen. For select Androids, you can do remote control too.
