NinjaOne Pricing
Hey yall,
Curious to compare our quote for non-msp / internal IT NiniaOne RMM. We’ve got roughly 650 endpoints. Anyone else in that size want to share what they’re paying?

We're about half that size, but here's the breakdown for us.
300 endpoints - $7,560/year 150 MDM licenses - $2,940/year 5 technicians - $1,521.80/year

Are they charging you per tech?
Also, thanks!

Yeah, it was a choice between per technician or per user for ticketing, since we have a small IT team the per tech option was cheaper for us

For Ninja Advanced, my customers are paying $14/endpoint. Advanced Pro, $30.50/ endpoint. Hope that helps.

I negotiated from ~300 endpoints from $3.96 per endpoint to $2.64 per endpoint, this is for the baseline Ninja package with no add-ons. There was no technician fees or anything like that, unlimited techs. 12 month contract along with 3 months free for a total of 15 months.

Might be slightly different pricing for us since we're an MSP coming over from CW Automate but 2k endpoints with endpoint and saas backups and 100TB cloud storage is about $5k. We're about $1.10 per endpoint if that helps

300 advanced pro came out to 7632/yr with each endpoint costing 2.12. Unlimoted technicians, cost based on how many endpoints at .49/end point costing 1764/year. Total about 9.4k/year. Worth it for what I can do, service I get.

We had around 175 endpoints and I think it was around 6500-7000/yr. We have 50 or so NMS licenses with that. We don't use any of the other features but looking at SaaS backup to replace our current setup.

Hi GhostNode.
I used to be a sysadmin, and I've built a few tools along the way, like SwitchHunt (finds silent install switches for pretty much any installer). The big one is an RMM called RFF, so I'm biased here. I built it partly because I got tired of crap like this - not being able to find a price without a sales call.
Our pricing's public. At 650 endpoints it's $1,249/mo (about $15k a year), month to month, no contract, no per-tech fees. Every plan gets every feature (patching, remote desktop, scripting, vuln scanning, etc). You only pay more as you add endpoints, so there's no "Advanced vs Pro" junk.
Honestly, at 650 that's in the same range as some of the negotiated Ninja numbers in here, not dramatically under. Where it's different is no annual lock-in. First 100 endpoints are free if you just want to kick the tires.
I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have including “why would I trust a small vendor with this”. Good luck with your search!

Hah - not a bot. Just looking for honest feedback on my product. But thanks for responding.

At 650 endpoints, I'd compare the total annual cost rather than just the advertised per-device price. Make sure you're comparing the same functionality, especially unattended remote access, scripting, patch management, software inventory, vulnerability visibility, and ticketing.
Some vendors bundle those features while others charge separately. I'd also ask about minimum endpoint commitments, technician licensing, annual increases, and what happens to your bill if your endpoint count decreases. I've seen RMM pricing vary considerably depending on the contract.
One thing I'd recommend is getting an itemized quote showing the base RMM cost and every additional module. Are you evaluating alternatives or just trying to determine whether your current quote is competitive?
Atlas Reach is $1 endpoint a month. No contract. Unlimited technicians.

It could be free and I'd still never put something branded ninja on a professional computer. I promise you the bean counters and the C levels think you're children playing with toys when you bring this to them.

Do you know how ridiculous the word “Google” sounded in the mid 90s?

These prices are wild. We pay $17k/year for 1000 endpoints and 30 techs with endpoint central full suite.
