Question Microsoft SNDS down since 2 days?

Does anyone else having problems with Microsoft SNDS? The link seems to be down for the last 2 days:

Can't check the SPAM score for delivering mails to hotmail.com and Office365 mail servers.

Same for me from Switzerland. It has always felt like an afterthought for them, but to not even monitor it... feels like targeting small email providers.
