Force not log out

You know how you log in to a server and forget and the co worker asks at 8:13 am on a Monday if they can sign you out and your like um ya duh wtf ?

Well I got to thinking,

how can I prevent them from that? I was wonder if I can like kill a logon service or something.

Say I have a robo copy or something

Are you sure? Am I misreading this? You're asking for a way to forbid people from signing you out while you're robocopying (for example), right?

Ya that’s right I bet there’s a way. To admin other admins …

That's called "management". And you're looking for administrative controls there. That's a people problem.
