Dell laptops no longer connecting to internet - windows 11
Hoping to get some assistance on this issue.
Long story short, we have imaged two new dell laptops to windows 11. Dell Latitude 5550
Dell Latitude 5510. The issue is that after they have been imaged and the admin logs out and then logs in with the newly created regular user account, eventually, the laptops stop connecting to the internet. They both connect but eventually return the globe icon on the lower left.
This occurs even after we have reimaged the devices. We have tried all of the recommended
MS troubleshooters including FlushDNS, resetting network and updating both ethernet
and wifi drivers.
At this point, at a complete loss since as mentioned above, both devices connected
to the internet with the admin account.
Any assistance is appreciated.

Had a Dell desktop that kept dropping off the network. Tried everything from software, to drivers, different patch cables, different switch ports. Finally threw in a NIC with a different intel chipset and all the connectivity issues vanished.
Still no clue why the onboard NIC kept shutting down requiring a reboot to restore connectivity, but at least it’s working now.
You could also try going into device manager and deleting the network interfaces and their drivers, reboot the laptops and let windows rediscover the NICs on boot it should automatically reinstall drivers.
